Making it Easier Than Ever: Check Out Our New Online Order Form
At Mr. Rekey, we make it easy for you. So, we went ahead and redid some elements of our website to improve our customer’s experience. The biggest change we’ve made is to our online order form. We’ve simplified it down to a 3-step process for both new and existing customers.
Looks pretty simple doesn’t it? Now we just ask when you need service, where you need service, and who is requesting service. To schedule when you need service, simply enter the date (excluding Sundays and certain major holidays), the time that best suits your needs and click next. It’s that simple!
Next, you’ll be directed to enter where you need service. Enter the address and any special information like gate codes, lockbox combos, or anything else you may think is important for our technicians. Forgot something? No worries, our form will let you know if you’ve missed something and prompt you to fill in the appropriate field in order to move forward.
After you enter where you need service, we’ll ask a little about who you are. If you’re an existing customer on file, all you have to do is enter your information and click, “Finish.” That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail, and you can just sit back and relax with the peace of mind that your service has been ordered. If you’re a new customer, the form will also request where you heard about Mr. Rekey and a billing address. If the billing address is the same as your service address, simply click the button, and it will automatically populate the remaining fields. Click “Finish,” and you’re done!
Once you’ve clicked “Finish,” you’ll see the following screen. If you need to put in another request, click the link at the top of the form to start over. Once your order is complete, you’ll also receive confirmation via e-mail.
And one more thing…you can even use the new order form on your smartphone, and order service on the go!
We really feel like our new order online form is a huge improvement over our old one. The team here at Mr. Rekey is working hard every day to make it easy for you, and we hope this new order form does just that.
